used ms paint for most of this and then resized it using some stupid dell program. contains many tools used in different art forms. camera (photagraphy) a woodsaw (for wood shop) along with some randome wood boards, a spoon (for cullinary crafts) a spool of thread (for fashion design and sewing), a keyboard (for music composition), a monitor port (for computer crafts and designs *there was also a computer keypad that made up the left wrist but it was cut off by the scanner*), a bead necklace (for jewlery), an art figurine (which in this case is supposed to cover both sculpture and dancing because of it's pose) and ofcourse a pen and paintbrush (for traditional art.) if i missed any other fields of art than please let me know. i'm hoping to do a similar piece with a face instead of the hands.

thankyou. it was for a contest at my highschool, which i LOST!!!!!

ugh. the one that won wasn't all that great, but i think my concept may have been too dark for a highschool art show poster! *tear*

oh well. no big deal. i don't have to win any stupid contests. i'm the man just the same ^_^ !!!

That's great - really creative and original. The style of the art reminds me of the way the Simpsons characters are drawn (the way you drew the lines, etc). I can't get over how you incorporated the mediums into the hands. It flows really well, doesn't look "forced".
