Long story short, I was supposed to work all week, but on Sunday, just minutes after getting to work, my friend and coworker Kim was stabbed to death by her ex husband in the parking lot outside the store before she could start her shift. She was a hard working mother of four and had showed me nothing but kindness from the day I met her. I've been given some time off and offered counseling for the trauma of witnessing the violent death of a close friend, but it's going to take some tome for me to sort through everything that's happened. I have a lot of support around me right now, so no worries there. I just thought I should let everyone know in case there was any concern over my recent absence from da. In time I hope to be able to talk about it in greater detail, but right now all I want to do is forget. I hope to use the time off to produce some more more artwork. I miss you Kim. Sorry
